Did the RealSense drivers install correctly?


If you have a Windows computer and find that the RealSense camera isn’t turning on, you can check to see if the drivers installed correctly in Device Manager: look under “Imaging devices” and “Universal Serial Bus devices.”
Intel RealSense Camera SR300 Depth, SR300 RGB, and SR300 Virtual Driver should appear under “Imaging devices.” The driver installation is unsuccessful if Virtual Driver isn’t installed. The “Universal Serial Bus device” should also list Intel RealSense Camera SR300.


Can I download the driver from apple customer service number ???
I use a macbook pro and not the windows operating system.
