Has anyone else ever heard of this amazing invention? It's called a Parabolic Projection Praxinoscope -- I'm not sure if this is actually from Victorian times brought back to life by the wonderful optical toy makers The Rosson Bros, or if it's something distinctly new (the parabolic reflector to make the image float in real space, most famously used in the Time Traveler arcade game by Sega) + something old (the praxinoscope invented in 1877). Anyone know? Does anyone know the Rosson Bros? I totally love this.
